Whether you are planning on hosting a birthday party, baby shower, gender reveal party, staff retreat, luncheon, reception, anniversary party, etc. TREC is the perfect place to host your event. With access at your fingertips the hardest decision will be choosing one of the private rental spaces:
Rentals include use of specified room for four (4) hours with one (1) additional hour for set-up. Rentals also include use of high quality tables and chairs set-up for up to 150 people.
On-site parking is available.

An additional $65 Labor Fee will be added to the total rental cost.
Repass Cost - $350
All rentals come with set-up of tables & chairs. You must provide your own table cloths and decorations. No Helium balloons to be used on-site.
To secure space $300 must be paid at signing of rental agreement. This includes $100 reservation fee (will go towards rental fee), plus $200 Security Deposit .
(Security Deposit will be returned within 10 business days after the event if there are no damages to the facility).
